Refund & cancellation

Cancel anytime: cancel your Pro subscription at any time using the manage link in any KEV Watch email, or the link in your payment receipt email. You can also email kevwatch@bitsnprints.com and we will cancel it for you.

Access after cancelling: Pro access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. You will not be charged again after cancelling.

14-day money-back guarantee: if you are not happy with Pro, you can request a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of purchase. Renewal payments are not refundable once charged, but you can cancel before the next renewal.

How to request a refund: email kevwatch@bitsnprints.com from the address you subscribed with, with "Refund" in the subject. We reply within 2 business days, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method (timing depends on your bank).

The free plan has no charge and can be cancelled any time with the unsubscribe link in every email. See also our Terms.
