Operator: KEV Watch is operated by Bits N Prints (sole proprietor) ("we", "us"). By using kev.bitsnprints.com or subscribing to our emails you agree to these terms.
The service: KEV Watch emails you notices about entries in the CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities (KEV) catalog, filtered by the vendors you choose. The free plan sends a weekly digest. Pro (when available) adds instant alerts and is a paid subscription, priced in USD.
Billing: Pro payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not see or store your card details. Subscriptions renew each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; see our refund and cancellation policy.
No guarantee of completeness or timeliness: alert data comes from CISA's public KEV catalog and we cannot guarantee that every entry is delivered, that delivery is on time, or that emails will not be delayed, filtered or missed. KEV Watch is informational only and is not a substitute for monitoring vendor advisories and your own security processes. Verify before acting.
Acceptable use: do not abuse the service, sign up addresses you do not control, attempt to disrupt or probe our systems, scrape at a rate that harms the service, or resell or redistribute paid alerts as a competing service. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.
Changes and availability: we may change, suspend or discontinue the service or these terms; where practical we will give notice by email or on this site. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
Disclaimer and liability limit: the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages or for losses arising from a missed, late or inaccurate alert, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 0 if you use the free plan).
Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the operator's state of residence.
